As good as the Harley Davidsons were they were very expensive whereas the Metric Cruiser was much more affordable. This new breed of Metric Cruisers attracted many new and returning riders to the motorcycle fraternity. Riders of all ages and sex have found a new lease of life and are excitedly forming riding and social groups. They are also just as interested in the customising aspect of their Metric Cruisers as the Harley Davidson riders.
